Please allow approximately 30 second for a

Please use your email address in the User ID field - this is
important for tracking your result.
Please push "SUBMIT" button to submit
each answer (don't forget). You will immediately see if each of
your answers were correct or incorrect and you will have an opportunity to
read the explanation of the correct answer.
When you've answered the last question,
the system will generate an automatic email. If you passed, please make
sure this email is sent! PLEASE COPY YOUR SHE COORDINATOR ON THIS EMAIL.
WE WILL KEEP THE RECORD AS A PROOF OF YOUR COMPETENCE ON THE SUBJECT.
You have an opportunity to review each of
your answers and see the correct answers before you finish the test (you
will not be able to change them though).

BUTTON TO COMPLETE YOUR TEST - THAT WILL SEND THE RESULT TO OUR DATABASE.
Certificate of safety testing on the
subject will be available from the SHE Department.
